Andrew S. Olson
PartnerAndrew Olson is a Minden-raised attorney who practices primarily in transactional matters, including estate planning and estate administration, agricultural law, real estate transactions, and business formation and compliance. He helps families draft wills and trusts, guides them through probate, assists farmers and landowners with land purchases, sales, and succession planning, and sets up and maintains LLCs and corporations for local businesses.
Andrew earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law and has practiced with the firm since graduating in 2019.
Caden L. Erickson
AssociateCaden Erickson is a Holdrege native who graduated from Holdrege High School in 2019 and earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2026. In law school, he concentrated his studies on estate planning, business law, and real estate law, the core of the firm's transactional practice.
Caden returned home to serve the communities he grew up in. He works with individuals, families, and businesses in Phelps County and across south central Nebraska on estate planning, business, and real estate matters.
Rodney A. Osborn
PartnerRodney "Rod" Osborn has spent more than five decades advising individuals, families, farm operations, and businesses on tax and estate planning matters. A Hastings native, Rod earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska in 1968 and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1971. He began his legal career with the Internal Revenue Service, which gave him a firsthand understanding of how tax law is applied, before joining the firm in Holdrege in 1975.
Rod's practice focuses on estate planning, farm and business succession planning, and the tax issues that come with passing on land and businesses. He helps families plan ahead so their farms, businesses, and savings move to the next generation the way they intend. Rod has practiced law in Nebraska since 1971 and continues to advise clients throughout south central Nebraska.
Jeffrey M. Cox
PartnerJeffrey "Jeff" Cox has practiced law since 1984 and focuses on transactional law for businesses, farm families, and individuals in Holdrege and across south central Nebraska. His work includes business formation and planning, agricultural law, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. With nearly 40 years of practice, he brings practical, steady counsel to the decisions that shape a business or family's future, from starting a company or buying land to planning an estate.
